I found this photo and was wondering what the advertisement is painted on the side.

If anyone might know, or have a better photo showing what this might be please let me know.

Was thinking of giving this a shot at scratchbuilding. I found out just about everything about windmills, just need to finalize it up concerning the ad. And start making my plans for building. Something to work for between models.

Thank you for any help.

Bob

Ok I just can't resist.
Only people with dirty minds will take this the wrong way.
It says - blow me - it's a windmill - get it ?

Bob,

the advertisement on the side of the windmil is the logo of "Sluis"... it's a company that produces pet foods.

Here are some better images :

Here's a link to their homepage (also in English) :

WOW Thanks Danny. Now I can just make out the different parts on the ad, The chicken headed S and such. That will be one large task to scratch.

Really, Thanks for the help.

You other guys, :-) Thanks for at least looking.

Hi Danny!

That's why I like Armorama! Someone needs something and gets it! It should be always like that!

Friends,

like 25 years ago my parents used to have a tropical bird. In our closet always was a little box with a Capital "S" and a chicken head. I never payed attention to it, but I must have seen that logo a thousand times... each time I went in the closet (they stashed the Mars bars over there ) I saw it.

When I saw the windmill's picture, the vage logo immidiately rang a bell. A short google search and there it was I published the reply and..... went to the closet to get me a Mars bar

I'm glad to be of assistance.
