Very nice, but I'd imagine more rubble there if that hows has been almost completely destroyed.

The finish on the M 48 is awesome. This could be a scene out of the Battle for Hue 1968. The Marines did use them at Hue during TET.I like the overall effect you have accomplished. But the tank finish just floors me. It looks like the real deal. the only nit pic I can see is that the stowage on the tank is all loose. They need to be tied down. The water can on the let rear would last there all of about 2 seconds without some type of tie down. Bravo and three cheers

Thanks for looking!! You are right about the Hue reference, this is a commision build for a good friend of mine who served in Nam. It is supposed to be the Marines retaking Hue.
Believe it or not, most of the pics I found on Marine M-48's in Hue have the gear loose. You are right about the water cooler, I had every intention of securing it to the jerry can and missed that
If anyone is looking for a good site on Nam pics go to www.popasmoke.com Great pics!!!
Special thanks to Angela for posting the pics for me, I'm a little green at this pic thing!!
Regards to all

Very nice work indeed! Think I even spied a pack of Marlboro strapped to a helmet?
Will you be adding any figures?

To answer your Question Graham, yes figures will be added but not by me. My friend is also a friend of M.C.Leung who will be doing the figures.
In my haste I forgot to add the dio info.
The building is by Verlinden, I just reconfigured the layout and created a few more walls and the rubble.
The M-48A3 is Tamiyas old offering with Eduard pe, Barrel Depot tube, AFV Tracks, and Gear from Verlinden, Academy, Tamiya, and scratch. It is finished in Testors enamals with Mig Pigment washes.
The foliage is courtesy of the local fish shop, the back yard, and Silflor.
Small arms are from Tanks NVA weapon set.
I'm sorry the pics are a little fuzzy, I need to buy a tripod.

The dio is great. I like the details, the weathering and the rubble.
However, I have some suggestions.
1) Place a few figures on the dio. It is totally barren of figures. I really don't know what is going on (i.e. a parked tank? a disabled tank? or something else).
2) There is a lot of open space. You can utilize this by putting something....such as a wrecked jeep or car, some empty gas drums, etc.
