Looks nice. I hate to be the crew that has the engine being worked on and the track off as well!!
Normally in order to open the engine hatch, the trim vane is disconnected from the support (that oblong H-shaped strut) and is left in the down position (meaning it hangs down perpendicular to the ground).

The engine access door was left open and the trim vane left in the fording position so as to show off the engine and what happens when water ops is conducted.
