Attention Anyone:
I am looking for a 50 cal cupola that will fit on a Italeri M-60 Blazer. Am looking to put it in place of the Asst Tank Comander cupola.....So If anyone had one that would fit. Please let me know. willing to purchase same from you. Or if you just happen to have one that needs a new home. I could use it here. Or Also if you know a place or Company that I could get one from. Also let me know.
I decided to kmake a small but interesting conversion to this kit... Granted IF my idea will even work.
Any ideas or thoughts on this please feel free to contribute. And you can also PM me.

THANKS

You want to put another cupola at the loader's hatch? (no such thing as an assistant tank commander's position). That M60 cupola was just about worthless, it would be hard to think that someone would want two. You also might have trouble rotating them with them mounted side-by-side.

Okay, Here's the del guys, Left side of turrent The Israeli Balzer has a standard cupola with a 50 Cal or 60, ( Not certain which type of gun) SO I DON'T Like it so it's going to go BYE-BYE and will be replaced by the type similar to the Tamiya kit Cupola. Am leaving the Blazer armor in place. And am trying to figure out how to mount the Searchlight that was included with the kit. BUT is marked as a non-use item. WELL DAGGER LIKE SEARCH LIGHT. DAGGER WANT SEARCH LIGHT....SO DAGGER MOUNTING SEARCHLIGHT ON TANK.. i.e. So Yes I think you could call this a NEW What IF conversion for the New TEAM RAVO Armor Div. He-He-He.....Meanwhile, Pete says that he has one that he can spare. SO the search is ended. DAGGER HOPE TO HAVE M-60 TO DISPLAY BY SOMETIMETHIS WEEK...SO KEEP EYE OUT FOR SAME...UUUGGGG !!!!

I believe the IDF Urdan cupoa comes with a Browning .30 cal M1919 machine gun. I'm not sure. That is the problem with the Italeri M-60 reissue, they deleted the "extra" parts. Have fun with the search light.

Some of the older tankers here will tell you that pulling searchlight duty was one of the worst parts about night fighting.

Well,in peacetime,I wanted to pull searchlight duty at the ranges in Graf.We would go out at dusk, make a range card for the targets, them just goof off, until the shoting started. It was so easy in an M-60A2.Jut turn till the azimuth indicator said I was pointing the right way. Then use the up/down switch to raise or lower the searchlight onto the target. Then go back to reading whatever book I had with me.

You are corect Sabot the REbox comes with the .30 Cal weapons but this is true for the original Esci s well .Only the Academy kit gives you both the 30 Cal and the MAg option.

Just a little update on the M-60 modifications being made. I will aslo be installing a
larger MG on the right side of the turrent that will be equipted with a scratch built ( spare parts box) I.R. Light. So I am havingf some fun with this kit. I also replaced the tool box handles with copper wire as handles. (i really HATE Itty bitty tiny parts) They get lost wayyyy too easily. And it will be sporting a unique color scheme. as of today I am about half way done with it. And plan on starting on the Tamiya Challenger-1 Mk-3 kit by this coming week.
So all is going prety smoothly here.
