Just thought you might like to see an old model i made years ago . I got fed up of it being painted green so i painted it like a civilian lorry just after the war . It is an old airfix kit 1/35 scale it did pull a 6-pounder behind.

Looks nice! Some commercial banner or text on it would make it perfect for a 1950 dio!

You may have gotten fed up with the green, but the brown you used is a pretty d*mned good match for the SCC2 "Standard Colour" it was probably really painted during its service. :-)

nice idea,
just a few comments tough:
first of all there are some pretty gaps on the sides of the windscreen and side doors.
I'd like to see those wheels toned down a bit too,they just look too fluo
Try replacing the tarp with some tissue paper or miliput. It has "the plastic-look" on it.
Maybe a matt cote, not really necessary because it's a civilian vehicle.
