I'm in the process of working on my first diorama in a long time, what I'm not sure of is the colour of German jerry cans and fuel drums, around mid-1944. Any help is appreciated.

Wimpily, I caveat that there are always exceptions That said, since mid-43 the official WH color was dark yellow/dunkelgelb/ochre.

however.....many were still painted Panzer gray and even field gray. These were stil lin use from earlier years.
