...i plan to build a DML Panzer III befelswagen ausf.K in the Kursk battle. the instructions showed the tank in Pz. Grey colour.
the question is: did the germans still use panzer grey (instead of dark yellow) in time of Kursk?

No expert here but I think they were using a mix of both. Again, by no means an expert.

I must warn you, that several of thedrawings shown above are wrong. For example, the Germans used a 1/3 overspray of Dunkelbraun over the Dunkelgrau until 1940-06-12.
After 1943-02-18, it was ordered that the German vehicles should be painted in a Dunkelgelb base, with overspray of Olivgrün and Rotbraun, however it is plausible that the Germans still had some vehicles in Dunkelgrau in the summer of 1943.
For more information, go to my article about German Panzer camouflage.

It is plausible that some tanks were still left in their original grey but by that time many of the grey vehicles had gotten at least a camo of dark yellow over the grey ...which makes for some interesting camo patterns for this transition period.
just an example

No Panzers had a Dunkelgelb base with Dunkelgrau on top. It is mostlikely either Rotbraun or Olivgrün.

Christian I'm sorry to disagree but there are quite a few picture of vehicles in early 43 with yellow over the dark grey ..just one well documented tiger is from Das Reich #812 TIKI... if you want a picture I can find it for you ...

I agree, but as I wrote, there were no Panzers with a Dunkelgelb base with Dunkelgrau on top.
