Need some help here. Indy tracks are out of the question since i'm under time constraint

Question 1: The left track seems to be as tightly fitting as it should be. However, the right track fits on a lot more loosely. How do you remedy this?

Question 2: How do you make these tracks sag? This is the first kit i've built without sideskirts.

I'm guessing you're working with Tamiya vinyl tracks.
