Ok, I was reading in the other thread about using this forum properly, so her it goes:

This is what I have so far of my Bradley with High Survivability Armor Tiles. After writing the review of the Armor Tiles, I decided to write an indepth article on it's construction.

The turret is 99% complete. I need to add antenna mounts becuase I really don't like the kit mounts, they are totally off. I'm stuck trying to figure out how to scratch correct anntena mounts. I'm torn between wire or stock styren rod. I want them to look like the newer type anntena's.
I also need to add the TOW Launcher. I am scratch building the single arming lever type launcher. Also missing is the tubes for the "smoke poppers."

Eduard and Voyager photo etch was used along with various Evergreen for bolt heads and other scratched stuff.

So, any questions, suggestions, and critiques are welcome.

I have the left side armor plate done and will shoot some pictures tonight or in the next day or two, so stay tunes for more inprogress pictures and for the complete indepth construction article.

For the antennas I am thinking you could take a piece of sized piece of styrene rod. Then take wire and tightly coil it from top to bottom. Once you get to the bottom of the rod, start back up only this time fitting it back into the "grooves" left from the round nature of the wire. Do this going up and down, sort of "pyramiding" it so it looks right.

I forgot to mention along with the Bradley out in my bay, the parts and operators manual, PAWEL's (VODNIK) article on his web sight has been some great help so far in this construction. he pionted out some a couple of little things I missed.

I'll definately get the pics of the side skirt up tonight. Especially for those of you who have the Reactive Armor kit and needs some motivation to start it.
