No Mine Plow, but I have an extra Trumpter Mine Roller set, if that would help. You can get the whole DML M1A1 w/TWMP for only $14 at Great Models Webstore, if you can't find one anywhere else. They also have the Trumpeter M1A1 w/ TWMP for $15. Can never have too many Abrams on hand.

Would like to see some detail pics of your M1A2 SEP as well. I just completed an M1A2 SEP for a customer. You can check it out here: M1A2 SEP

Hey Jeff,
Welcome to Armorama. Sorry to jump in here.
You wouldn't happen to be stationed at Ft. Hood. If not, what part of Texas are you from?

Me, I work at Camp Mabry here in Austin.

That - a - boy Pete !! Recruit hm for the Dallas Platoon. Jeff welcome to Armorama. We have a growing group of us in the the Dallas Ft WOrth area that kinda stretches southward. We're trying to arrange a group meeting on September 10th. THere is a model show in Arlington where hopefully a large group of us can meet . Back on topic. I have built the Dragon version of the Mine plow M1a1. It is cheap, easy to build, and is not filled with glaring innacuracies. For your money, it would be the way to go. Sometimes these kits show up at Hobby LObby whcih frequently has half off sales. Probably near Labor day. JUst check the forums every day in either general or armor and someone will announce the next one.

Sent you a PM on the roller. Both the model and a good walk-around of the actual M1A2 SEP would be nice. Whichever you can take.

Also, there is a Eduard PE set out there for the Tamiya or DML Mineplow sets. and the Tamiya Mineplow can be ordered as spare sprues and parts for about $10 plus shipping. Check out the Tamiya website.

Well, from what i have seen from mine plows on abrams, it should be fiarly quick and easy to make one.

Actually, it would be quite difficult to scratch the M1 mine plow for an Abrams. Also, why would you want to when it is readily available in kit form, pretty accurate, and only $14 for the whole M1A1 kit with mine plow?

More headache than I would want to do. This is the plow he is talking about.

If ever you feel up to or have a 4 day weekend or even some spare time, King Hobbies down in Austin is a great LHS to go to for alot of your needs. I try to go there once a week.

I myself work at Camp Mabry in Austin. I get to play with the Bradley every day.

If ever you need anything, give me a holler!!!!!!!!!!!

Like Blaster said, there is a show Sep 10th up in Arlington. I have drill that weekend up in Ft. Worth and will only be able to gofor about an hour or two. Your welcome to come join us.

Jeff,
I'll tell you what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a Trumpeter Mine Plow I was going to use, but it will be awhile till I get to building the kit it was going on. Besides, I am going to wait till the new Dragon M1A1 and A2 kits come out, and that will be for a little while.
PM or e-mail me your address and it will be in the mail when I get back from drill weekend. All I ask is a fovor in return when the time comes. You can ask Gino about that! Maybe, when my unit is down at North Ft. Hood, you can bring me a buger and fries or something.
If you can or want, I work Tuesday thru Friday from 0630 to 1700 at Bldg. #92 at Camp Mabry. If you can come down, just let me know when and I will take it to work.

Gino,
I'm really not trying to steal your trade or sale, I'm just trying to help a fellow soldier out a little easier. You understand, right SIR?

Pete,
No problem. I don't have the plow anyways. Maybe we can both make out on this deal and Jeff gets a plow and a roller. Always willing to help out a fellow trooper and modeler.

No payment Jeff, just a favor or trade in return at later date.

e-mail your address and I'll put it in the mail after I get back from drill weekend, Monday.
