Coco WOW! Just super! Its perfect except for one tiny detail. The black shading on the tarps looks too dark to me, add some green to the black and its will be 100%!

Hi John, Erik and Alan, thank you for your comments and compliments. This kit is from Academy, and the log was picked up from road side. :-)

Very nicely done. Weathering, figure and stowage all look spot on. The only things that I noticed are the "molding" around the loading hatch, on the turret side, has a prominent seam where it should be blended into the turret and the headlights replaced with lens or white glue to give a transparent appearance. Excellent work otherwise!!

This is a really nice build. The figure looks great, too. Was he done in oils or acrylics?

Hi guys, thank you very much for your comments and compliments .
This will be a standed alone tank, and no dio to come with it. The tank commander was painted with oil on the skin and the rest is acrylic.
thank you

It looks awesome Coca... the camo, weathering,etc.. great job!

Just one thing.. like what INDIA11A said about the "molding".. you might want to fill it up... errr.. next time..

What did you use to actually tie those stowage? And how did you do it?? I've tried and it's not that easy to tie those knots

Hi umustb, thanks for the comments. The threads you see actually is dental floss, and it needs a little patient to tie the knots.

wow...excellent! it's rare to see a sherman from the pacific theater. this is one of the few...and one of the best example. i haven't finished mine and your's is a good reference. pictures' clear too. thanks for sharing.

one thing..i'd always thought that there's an airspace between the side of the hull and add-on woodpanels. maybe a variation of installing add-on wood armour?

Hey coca! As others have said, this is one fantastic Sherman... The airbrushing looks as though it would to scale on a full size tank! A lot is to be said of the pics too. They are of fantastic quality

Hi Libertor, russ & honeycut, many, many, many... thanks for your comments. I have checked with quite of numbers of pictures, there wasn't any space between hull and the add on woodpanels.
Thank you

Coca,

You've done a great job with your Sherman. I really enjoy seeing one in camo instead of just OD. besides just a great looking machine, the add-ons are what have got me drooling. The netting, ropes, log, and tow cable all look wonderful! I've got Tamiya's M4A3 105mm Sherman in my stash waiting to be built. You've now given me some inspiration for doing my Sherman. Keep up the good work!
