I have a Tamiya 35164 KT in my stash. I was wondering what the differences are between the kit and the late enough version of the KT that would require no zimm?

Basically any KIng Tiger going to units after Sept 1944 would have no zimmerit as this was no longer applied at the factory. Also depends on what unit and where you're planning on "placing" your KT.
