Hi All
Here is a small dio I have completed where indy is pouring sand onto the floor to get reay to take the idol, the whole thing isn't movie accurate but I'm happy with the way it turned out.
The indy figure is made up of different parts from the bits box and then painted with acrylics to get the desired colours.
The pedestal is made from marine foam and formed to the desired shape and then I got a modelling knife and inscribed the symbols.
The floor is 2 part plaster of apris and wood glue and smeared over the base and once semi dry I etched the floor into the plaster.
Once dry the abse and pedestal were painted with arcylics agin to the desired colours.
The idol is made from green stuff a 2 part modelling puddy from GW and then painted gold and the moss is brokenn up pieces of tree foilage from woodland scenics and a wash of tan was added to it. I added sand to indy to simulate him pouring it out.

Nice vignette... small 'n simple, just the way I like em.
The figure looks excellent. I'm also eager to see his face.
You depicted the scene very well !

I love it! Indy looks awesome, I only wish I paint like that! And don't worry about it being movie correct, it looks good anyway! Oh, and we need more up close pictures! Thanks for your time.
