Nice working mate! I like the figure. Very well done.
Some thoughts: The tank is very suffering from so much wear and tear, but upon looking at the decals, they look too clean (unless they had been repainted again)
The flag looks nice, well done on that part
How about a general view of the whole model? That would be nice

Ralph's right, this is a good looking model you have here. I love the worn finish, which is quite adequate for these vehicles. Just few tweaks to make it really special would be the screens on the intakes on the rear deck, they seem a little bit to small? I think the flag looks good, but is to shiny. And there seems to be a gap between the superstructure and the mudguard just under the cross.
I second Ralph's comment about the figure, very nice.
A tip for your Jagdpanther, although the extreme wear and chipping works on this vehicle and it's theatre, it wouldn't on the Jagdpanther.
Cheers Henk

Nice job. One thing you might want to address is the jerry can. It need a bracket or something to actually hold it to the tank. The box next to the gun on the bow needs something similar, unles it's obvious that it is just temporarily laying there.

More criticism! The helmet on the flag is also a little too shiny, and could be dirtied or weathered, and maybe the end of the chin strap visible. Excuse me for being so anal, it's a well-done model.
