Hey roadrunners!
OK, after recieving the green light from the racing officials on Armorama last week I started today on my converting project of Revell's 1:12 scale.
Just to remind you; this was what it looked like:
And now I'm started in my little 1:12 workshop garage.
It's a whole lot to tell what I all did, so here's a picture story:
This did pain: demolishing the car...
... and the standard series engine was hard and painfull work.
That little guy helping me is Gustav, in 1:35 showing how big the old standard series engine is...
Did I glued that good or not???
The bare engine with new caps...
The new (still incomplete) engine is fixed in place!
Clearing the body...
Mmmmhh. Just wondering... what colour would it become?!!!
Well, that was all of today's work!
See ya next time!

Paul,
I see that the dragger is starting to beef up, looks good. I have that kit somewhere laying around, it's a good kit. For the blower, did you use one from the old Revell's Funnycar or Dragster kits. Looking forward to seeing it finished.
Here's some paint ideas,
