I was wondering if the AFV M35 kits come with drivers and if not were can I get them.

No, but the Academy M966 TOW HMMWV comes with a modern US driver figure that can be used with the AFV Club M35A2. Not sure if he'll be a perfect fit though.

As well, the Academy(and probably Tamiya) old M151A2 MUTT comes with a driver figure. WIth a little creative movement of the extremities, you can probably get it to work, and the figure comes with Vietnam era gear.
