Great review. Do you think getting a premade rubble base and filling the holes is worth the money as opposed to scratching a rubble base yourself?

Sherm - I think with any premade vs scratch decision it comes down to time and desire.
For the cost on most you will save a bit of money but spend more time.

Thanks for all you comments guys.
Alan, to answer your question.... The pin hole problem on this piece was a huge issue. The amount of pin holes was pretty substantial. I would say it took me about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to fill in the holes...only to learn how many i missed once i primed the piece. HOWEVER...once i began to airbrush and paint this piece, the holes that were left unfilled, seemed to take care of themselves. Also, we need to keep in mind that this was a "first run" piece as well. From my understanding, later editions of this piece will be much better.
Timewise, this piece is well worth the $9.95 asking price.

I watched her do this one closely and she did fine, it looked like a good product to work with. I think Keith has another winner here on his hands. I would have liked it to be able to "fit" the three peices together a little more fluidly, other than that kudos on a fine product. Cheers Kevin
