Have you checked that the "air intake" on the paint cup is open? If its clogged you will not get any paint out.

I would say that the needle isnt being pulled back enough.. If you are getting bubbling back into the paint cup, there is something blocking the passage between the paint cup and the needle tip.. Most likly closer to the needle tip..Knock that puppy apart and give it a good going over... Good luck

Hmm... go back to the shop where you got the airbrush from... Speak to the guy at the counter and see what he can do for you. Maybe the fault lies with the airbrush, since you said your older single action works just fine.

Alfie, so you push the button down for air, then pull it back for paint right? If thats the case, then there must be something we are overlooking in that area.. Could you scan the parts breakdown and post it?

As you know, the farther you pull that button back, more paint should flow.. So I'm thinking that there must be a physical link between button and neede.. Is there a website on the paperwork? if so, could you post it as well... I'm just tossing out ideas mate, but hopefully we can get this hammered out so it will work for you...

Ah, young Jedi you have much to learn! Right the Omega AB-119 is a Badger 150 copy, right down to the different threads.

Firstly, sit down this will take some time! I bought my AB-119 as a test to see if it is worth it… What I found (on my AB-119) was that:

The needle isn’t seated properly, so spraying is a hit and miss affair. You have to set the needle way back and that doesn’t really help with flow control.

The head (not the tip) is fixed in place by loctite thread paste.

The air control is useless, basically it’s a spray gun with airflow being either fully on or off.

That’s the bad news.
The Good news is it’s a Badger 150 copy. I replaced the entire nozzle (head & tip) assembly and needle with an actual Badger medium head assembly and needle (perfect fit). You can just replace the tip and needle (under £10 from Shesto )

You will still need to play around a bit to get the needle settings to work, but once this is done the airbrush will work fantastically.
I’ve finally gotten around to ordering the Badger 150 Valve Assembly to replace the AB-119’s. I’m confident it’ll fit; I’ll let you know.
