Campaign ribbons are issued by the campaign leader and are displayed in your profile.

You have to join a campaign. If you finish and complete all the tasks you get a ribbon. They are automatically inerted into your profile. Go to the campaign page to see the list of active campaigns and the rules for each one

For example Jim, that tasty Leo that you have in your gallery, would probably qualify for 'Operation Canuck Steel'....

Ah, yes, there it is! Yep, I did enter the Leo in Canuck Steel, just thought the ribbon showed up when you posted something, but it looks like it just stays in the Profile page.
