Im looking for any truck in 1/35 that will work for a NVA cargo truck. I found a gaz-63 soviet 4x4 truck but it is 1/72. The truck that was given away in the first drawing we had here is it out of production.

The Trumpteer ZIL-157 was the most common.

You could also use one of the WWII era GAZ AA or GAZ AAA trucks by either Eastern Express or Toko too.

GAZ AA

GAZ AAA

They may have had some GAZ-66s late in the war as well, not sure though. GAZ-66 wasn't produced till 1966. Eastern Express and others make it as well.

To echo what Gino posted: the Trumpeter ZiL-157 is an excellent model kit - one of Trumpeter's best AFV subjects - in my opinion.

Mission Models was selling these on clearance (Moving Sale) for about $14 bucks - and equally excellent deal. I don't know if they have anymore, but it is worth checking out...
