Hey guys, it sounds like the idea of an Armorama Annual Calendar is really getting good support... now we diorama freaks have to make sure we get "heard" when it comes to the contents. Look at the current poll on "what should be included" and I encourage you to either vote for "DIORAMAS" or at the very least "ALL OF THE ABOVE" to make sure we have enough representation to get our share of the pages! Just a little "campaigning" from our corner of the website!

Hi KFmagee, I am not a dio-builder, but I did vote al of the above. Hope it helps a bit. For me honestly speaking, I would like to see a calendar features swim-suit model in a dio, by a tank, or building a dio, or whatever.....

I wouldnt be interested in a calendar with just pictures of the real thing. After all this is a modelling site. I still think the best solution is dios that include AFVs, softskins, aircraft, figures, etc. and if reference pics are going to be used, to make them small inserts in the corners or placed around the dio centre piece! I have voted for Dios so hopefully with this point kepf in mind we can all win!
Just my opinion BTW

I think we sould get some of the winning dio's and armour from some of the big models contest that were happening around the wrold this year...is this possible??? And we can also include some of the excellent things armorama has!...
I cant wait to see it!... :-)

Since the sniper campaign has recieved such immense support, when it is finished maybe we could try another one that could show dio's that are taking place throughout the year. The winter months could be filled with snow covered dios (especially December with maybe a festive feel) The spring would be good for the nature people among us to show the first growth of the new year. I'm sure you get the general idea. Would the time span be insufficient to get this achieved?

Robbo... that is actually the general idea that is kinda going around now... in this particular contest, we left out the hard and fast requirement for snow, because it is an advanced technique... but in the future, we are looking at running a contest each "season"... we may also have other style themes, depending on the actual feedback we get from users.
