I am asking to see if I can get some different ideas that I maybe haven't thought of yet about how to replicated tile grout here is a photo of my apartment bathroom for my Carentan dio. As you can see I have a lot of tile through out the diorama....

You could use a similar method to real grouting, but using artists acrylic paint in the required grout colour. The thick type that comes in tubes.
Spread over the tiles, then skim off with a squeegee (piece of windscreen wiper or similar). Leave a while to part dry out then wipe with a sponge to clean off the surface. For this the tiles may need to be varnished.
Alternatively hire a gang of teeny tiny tilers.

I'd use the stuff you get to repair drywall (DAP)

I agree with Slodder, I would use joint compound. I would thin it with some water, spread it across the wall, once it is dry you can use a damp sponge or cloth and wipe the excess away. Good luck.
