...Look the Same!
Hello Campers! Here is my StuG IIIB Dio completed. I decided to skip the bird. The flies are so small you need a microscope to see them, so look closely!
Thanks for looking!

Awesome Dio!
I love the inclusion of "Non army thingies" aka flowers. I don't see those too much in military dios.
And the StuG looks great!

hey there i have to say ur dio is just excellent! Your grasp or groundwork and figure/armor painting is excuisite. I would never guess it was 1/48. By the way, what did you use for those longer grass bunches near the waters edge?

Thanks Guys. Ian the taller grass is from JoAnne's Fabrics craft section. I cannot tell you what the real plant is though!

Overall, an excellent dio John. Painting, composition and atmosphere all are top notch .... and when realising its 1/48 ... WoW!
I love your flowers. What are they and where you get them? It adds to life of the scene.

The end result is really nice John. For 1/48 scale you sure have brought out a lot of details.

Awesome job! I never suspected it was 1:48! Congratulations! Everything is very well built, from ground work to figures! I really have to congratulate you for a magnificent job!
I have a question, though! What has happened to the cow? Why isn't it straight? Thanks in advance for your answer!
Cheers and happy modelling!

Amazing work.....
The water...well I don't have words for the water, it's you can almost feel the current dragging in the cows legs... wonderful.
Another thing that caught my eye, was the way you took care of the base.... how did you finisg that...it looks like some sort of spackle.... how ?
In short : MASTERPIECE !

Thanks all for the OVER THE TOP compliments. I'm not so sure I deserve them, but I will take them happily! :-)
Also here are some answers.
All the flowers are from the craft stores floral section.
The base is sprayed (Sorry Ex-Royal) with Granite in a Can - Somthing I picked up at the hardware store.
Jackhammer look closer, there are two flies.
The Cow is a fatality. Died from concusion blast, stumbled to its current location and expired.
Cheers (n )
