Cold Stare
1944 Ardenne, Hotton, one lone sniper has setup shop on the cold stone balcony on the second floor of a city building.
Snow has recently fallen and covered everything and the wind has blown the snow in through a broken door and window.
The sniper stays low out of the wind and out of sight, searching the cold winter horizon with a pair of cold field glasses in a cold stare ready to do a cold job.
That's was my 'Shazam'. I hope it holds up.

Eagle,
I agree, this campaign is great. I love the competative goodnatured same goal driven enthusiasm everyone is putting into this.

UPDATE:
Over the weekend I was able to make decent progress
I have my wooden base well under way. Scrap wood from an old shelving project. Cut it down, routed over the edges, filled in any nicks and dings. Cost me about $0.25.
I had made a mold of a stone face last week and did my first pouring of plaster. This is going to be the primary wall face. That came out well. Cost me round $0.75 for the latex and plaster.
I did scale architect type drawing of the building components to make sure it will fit. I cut them out and 'placed' them together to get a visual representation of how it will look.
I scratch built a couple of chairs for the interior (not sure if I'm going to use them).
I tested some snow affects, More testing to come!!!
I have put my figures main components together (legs and torso). I have a base coat of flesh painted on his head.
I started scratch building the door this morning out of balsa wood bits and pieces.
