On a very cold day in the middle of the winter,
on a street corner in the middle of the dark ruins
of stalingrad a russian sniper walks around searching
for it`s prey
minutious scanning every centimeter of the surrounding
area. He looks for that unprotected german soldier that is
with it`s mind at the mess tent where they all drink nice warm coffee
and are smoking cigarets without freezing their hands of.
Suddenly the russian sniper stops and holds his breath.
he grabs his gun and looks trough the scope of it. He isn`t mistaken
just inside his firerange he spots a silhouet with wich he recognises
as a german helmet carrying figure.
slowly he lifts his gun, put the scope on eye height, aims, holds breath
and shoots. The silhouet tumbles to the ground.
then suddenly a dry bang echo`s through the ruins and the russian sniper
falls to the ground shot in the head. Never to know what shot him.
From under what looks like a mount of rubble, wood and debries a german
sniper stands up walks to the house where just his "Comrade" was shot.
he grabs the puppet put it on his feet again. grabs the helmet from the floor
and put it back on the puppet. before he walks away he straightens up the
jacket of the puppet, then walks out of the ruin climbs back in his out of
golfplates, woods, bricks and other debries made shelter to wait at the next
russian soldier that get distracted.

my scene contains the building the sidewalks the shelter with sniper and last but not least
the puppet.

I named it distraction because I didn`t have a better name for it everyone who got a better name please say it to me

this was my idea for the dio contest let me know what you think of it

Nice! You had me on the edge of my seat.
Your title of Distraction is fine. My two cents - Puppet Master, maybe, or The Perfect Disguise, or You Never See The One That Gets You.

I like all the ideas you guys are doing for dios. I might have to make one myself...

Eric, how about the titles "The Deceiver",or "The Deceptionist", or "Out Witted",or "The Mouse Trap"or "Beguiled"

If you attached a piece of chain to the puppet from the sniper (to make it move) you could call it "Yanking his chain"
