Hi chaps,
I just bought this kit from a local shop really cheap (it's closing) but know nothing about the vehicle. The instructions say it started life in 1991 and is used all over the world. But that's all.
I can find next to nothing on the 'net and was wondering if anyone had any idea's for this vehicle. Was it ever up-armoured? Is there a place on the 'net that I have missed. I would really like a site that covers all trucks used by U.S.military. I have James Lyles excellent book 'The Hard Ride' but this only covers earlier trucks.
Any help gratefully appreciated,
Thanks
Tony

Thanks Eric,
nice list of vehicles but no history unfortunately. Still it is more than I have found so far.
Thanks again,
tony.

It is the M925 or M923A1 5-ton truck, part of the M939 (M900) series. It has been around since the early '80's. Here is some info on it.
