I'm a long-time armor modeler who has lately begun to branch into modern aviation in between armor jobs and wrestling with the best approach to painting cockpit details. Can anyone recommend any references/links, etc. that would help with suggestions on painting the minute detail in this kits (dial, gauge faces, slightly raised panel lines, etc). I have tried applying paint via toothpicks, using fine-line markers, etc. May just take more practice, but I'm hoiping there is a short-cut that someone can recommend.
Thanks in advance.
