I would like to know if anyone knows what is the length of the commo wire that goes from the headsets to the junction boxes for each one of the crewman of the Panzer IV's? I heard that they where 6 ft. long so that each man could move freely about the tank. I could be wrong.
Now as for the throat mic's, are they connected to the small switch box that is connected to the commo wire? what I mean by this switch box is when you put on the headset and the thoat mics there is a little box that is connected to the commo wire about to the middle of the chest area.
Does the throat mic's wire hang loosely from the crewmans neck or would they be taunt?
Does every crewman use these throat mic's?
