very nice, the paint chipping looks great!
I also like the way the license plate is bent, very realistic

Hmmm... to me the paint chipping looks strange around the windshield. Why would the paint chip like that in that area? Also you have the end of the exhaust in the wrong place, which should be as far as I know, centered in the middle of the car. Last thing are the PE bumpers, they just dont look right to me, they should have rounded profile, but that goes to the kit manufacture because I think that it would be very hard to give them appropriate profile.
Other than that you've done good job, especially on the flag and the weathering!

Cheers

Hi Pedro, thanks for the comments!
Around the windshield itīs not paint chip, but the rubber strap that fixes the windshield to the body of the vehicle.
And according to my references the exaust pipe is located on the left side of the car (the driver seat side), not in the center as you said, but if you have any picture to corroborate this information I would apreciate to view it.
The bumpers, youīre completly right, but the kit bumpers was very poor injected, so I made frm scratch these new ones, but I couldnīt get the round shape that was the correct, so I gave it up and let it this way, but I do know itīs not in the correct shape, I can live with that

To all that responded to my post, thank you all for the attention!
Cheers!

Hey Paulo!
Heres the pic of the beetle with the centered 'whistle'

I dont know how was the changes to the desert version made but since its still type 82e and not hte 4WD type 87 so it would be centered here too.

It's a thing of beauty Paulo, I love it . You're chipping and paint are well done and although there is always questions about where the rust would accur on vehicles, I feel that desert is very hard on paint and machine considering the thin metal on the VW I think we have artistic licence to rust where ever and when ever :-).Your "weathering" is consistant on the entire vehicle and the whole car tells us it is a desert vehicle.
Two thoughts:
Does the running board not have a rubber strip on top?
And before you put your "glass" pieces in you may want to use a dark magic marker around the out side edge, It does a good job to represent the rubber on the glass

My friend I like the skill you have shown to create the look of this model.

The weathering is consistant over the outside of the vehicle but I feel the interior does not match the exterior! The seats look too new and I would expect wear on the edges and where the people sit and lean back.

Once again a nice model.

cheers

Im a bettle lover and i have to say that is some skills on the bettle. Love the little touches you added for realism like the map and the swastika flag. How did you create that flag was it is OOTB?

Hi!
The flag is a decal that came with the model, I just applied it over a thin foil paper and give some winkles and bents before gluing it over the hood.
Thanks for all replying!

That looks fantastic, Paulo. Really cool. The only comment I would have would be that the tires look too new and clean.

Wow i couldnt even tell that it was foil although now that i think about it, it makes to only use foil. It always looks clearer retrospectively.

Great job once again.
