Ok Ok, I know here I am again wit yet another question
I am starting to get all the pieces together for my new project but ... I need to put some open en closed paint containers in the scene.
And this may sound stupid, but does anyone know how they looked like in 1943-1944? I mean, I think that the shape and lid are not that different from modern ones, but what color should they be? and the text on the containers??

I think maybe they were all metal, an aluminum look, with a smear of the inside paint color on the lid. I don't really know, I'm trying to think of WWII movies like Kelly's Heroes.
