Verlinden does a couple Vietnam vegitation sets in PE. They have palm trees and ground vegitation. There is also an article in the Features section here, under Dio Features on making them yourself.

DML/Dragon has a bunch of good Vietnam figure sets. Verlinden and Warriors also do quite a few in resin as well.

For the tank, which version Patton are you planning on using? Only the M48A3 was used in Vietnam, no M60s. M60's were all sent to Europe to possible face the Russian hordes. M48 was adequite for the situation in Vietnam.
