Can anyone recommend the edurad (big ed) PE for this? And/or there any other manufactuers of aftermarket stuff. I'm new to armor so i don't know all the resources and i'm not much of a scratch builder.

Talking about PE set, Voyager Model has released a set :

Verlinden has released a resin accessory set that includes a large PE rack and 2 smaller one for 5-gallon cans (#1969) and another resin set for the ERA add-on armor. Modelpoint and Armorscale have brought out a turned metal barrel (not flutted) for the M242 gun, but Armour Bits has just released a flutted one .I'm quite sure that the list is not over....
