I'm currently building an Abrams conversion with MILES I gear. I snagged some parts from the Trumpeter M1A1HA mine roller kit. My question is with regard to the straps, how it is installed, and other features/components of the MILES I gear. If anyone can post a pic or diagram of it, I'd really appreciate it! Many thanks!
PS
If I get it right, I hope to post pix of my Abrams conversion in the gallery.

The detector strips are attached to teh vehicle turret with velco. One half of the velcro is glued to the vehicle while other half is on the strips themeslves. This allows for easy mounting and dismounting. You can see teh velcor strips attached to the sides of the turret - straight line sections.
