Darren I think Peter is dealing with his large scale Sherman which to my knowlege is the only one they make of this type (HVSS 105mm)... 1/16th scale? Not sure Formations do anything outside 1/35th...

If it's the 1/16 kit you could try here, Backyard Armor . I'm not sure if they have replacement hulls but it may point you in the right direction.
