M35A1 reference pics please

I need a few detail pics if anyone has them. Need to see the rear black out lights and a good view of the exhaust going to have to scratchbuild. I have already looked over the review of nancy at guntruck.com. But I need an actual pic I only want to build the exhaust parts that would be visible. And if possible a pic of a soldier manning the 50 cal. Did they have to have the passanger seat removed and the canvas top off if so would the top be rolled up and put behind the seats.

No pics for you, but some answers. The exhaust comes out of the same spot from the engine as on the M35A2, it comes up and makes a U shape and then runs down the right side of the frame. About half way is a muffler. The pipe continues back and snakes out between the rear dual wheels.
For the gun mount, the seat was not removed, the soldier would stand on the seat to reach the gun, otherwise, it would be over his head. The canvas top could be left off, or rolled back onto the rear support.

Thanks Gino, maybe animal or guntruck will have some pics. The info on the 50 cal was very helpful.

One other thing would there be some sort of supports for the canvas top.

If the passenger seat is like the one on the M35A2, then the seat back folds forward to form a platform. The backside of the seat back has a non-slip pattern on it so the gunner/assistant driver doesn't lose his footing.

Here is my M35 album: https://armorama.kitmaker.net/modules.php?set_albumName=albup10&op=modload&name=gallery&file=index&include=view_album.php
It may be of some use. There is a shot of the seat where you can see the fold down hinge, but it is not folded down.

M35A1 did have the same type seat. For the canvas support, it is a rod that comes up from the floor and beds over, across the cab and down the other side. It also has a piece that sticks out horizontally and supports the rear part in an "L" shape. You can see the outline of these on the kit canvas roof part.
You can also see the canvas cab cover supports on Talal Chouman's awesome scratch 1/16th M35A2. They are the same on the M35A1.

Lots of great models. He is a master scratch-builder.

Yes the A1 had the same seat. Here is a link showing the ehaust and the rear talilights. If you need the exhaust I have extras. I could send you one. http://photos.kitmaker.net/showgallery.php/cat/13009
