I am wondering if anyone might have info or links to articles regarding making custom dry tranfers.

I can only give info re: custom decalling if that helps, but not dry transfers.
Customising decals is an expensive way to go at first due to the printers/paper etc. BUT once you've shelled out your hard earned cash, you can go on ad infinitum..
