Anyone have pictures or schematics of these used on the Centurion and Magach?

Here's a scratchbuilt one on a Centurion:

Here's the Magach ram from AEF. You might as well scratchbuild it for all the trouble I had cleaning a simple casting like this. Mounting brackets and bolts heads had to be replaced.

The Centurion one is based on photographs and I'm sure it's close to correct. I've only seen two front photos of the Magach ram but the AEF one looks right at least from that angle.

Just to clarify.. the ram on the magach is positioned at a horizontal angle on slightly levitated?

What material is it?

That rectangular piece at the front (the ram itself!) on your centurion is painted black, Why?

So is it standard that the lower blazer modules are removed when the Ram is attached?

Yes, the ram on the Magach angles slightly upward from the hull, whereas on the Sho't is is horizontal. I think all of it is just made of steel. The IDF went through red phases and black phases, painting fittings and other items, like towing shackles. I think the black just represents this trend. You can paint the one on the Magach black as well.
And yes, photos show the Blazer panels removed. The ram itself would provide excellent standoff from RPG's, and obviate the need for any ERA.

Thanks! Now I can start scratch building it, hopefully I'll get the dimensions right, I've already 2 magachs built, one with Mine Roller, the other was with Dozer Blade until I found out it was incorrect, so now here comes the Ram for it. I'll post pics once I'm done.

If you start by working from the towing lugs and building the mounts around them, I don't think you can go wrong. Good luck.

Surprised no one mentioned this but thats a fine looking Centurion by the way. The first photo just somehow had an immediate impact when you first look at it. I really like the way the armor is done.

Sometimes, we come across a model and we've so impressed that we've nothing to say. But yes indeed, that's an outstanding model!!
