Hi all,
Tanker in distress
I just bought a new Tamiya T-34/76 (1942 model, white camou) kit.
I was doing waiting for the turret and hatch to dry on newspapers overnight, only to find the big fat hatch missing the next day. Mum has thrown it away thinking it was a black patch of paint on the old papers ...
a) Does anyone have any spare hatches you can pass to me. I am okay to pay for the item.
b) Or are there any websites that sell spare T-34 hatches?
Help!

Im sure someone on the site will be able to help you out.
I only have a Italeri, Alan and Maquette t-34's in the stash otherwise I would cast you one - sorry mate.
At a pinch I'm sure Tamiya will sell you a replacement -
or you could just contact them and say the sprue was missing when you opend the box...
But I of course wouldn't do that...

Tamiya does sell individual sprues. The sprues can be ordered from Hobby Link Japan.

1 - Scratch Build one.
2 - Order the sprue from Tamiya.
3 - Get another of the same kit. (Provided you're willing to spend)
4 - Leave it. (Think of something to cover it up)
5 - Make a destroyed T-34 without a hatch.
HTH..
