What are the property difference between Linseed Oil and Turpinoid?
What is better with a wash?
What does Linseed Oil desolve, acrylic or enamal...?

Hi Tobar! For washes with oil paints, you can use Turpinoid, mineral spirits,or naptha(lighter fluid-ie Ronson brand).Test each of these to suite you.All are extremely flammable,so careful.
Linseed oil can be used with oils as a flow agent. It helps the paint stay opaque on brush strokes, usually on canvas in a traditional art sense. The downside is it makes a very glossy sheen on the paint and makes the oils take a super long time to dry.(at least a week).
I use water mixable Winsor and Newton oils for washes and fig. work. You can use water OR the usual solvents to convey your washes.

cheers!
