Hi all

I have started to do some weathering of the bridge have a lot more washes to create the look that i want, iam quite pleased at the moment but looking for any feed back and advice to improve, iam going to put some ivy on the wall of the bridge and i have to start putting the lose debri broken snow cover etc and dust dirt etc on the battle damage.
Any feed back would be great.
Cheers Chris

Looks good Chris. My suggestions? Make the mortar between the stones darker, not lighter than the stonework, also place the odd clump of grass or static grass inbetween the stonework.

Aces Chris, that's coming along just fine.
I concur with Vinnie the stone color is great but a darker [ but not to much darker ], wash on the mortar would do it. That would bring out the stone work, but too dark would bring out the stones to much and all you would see is the stones.
Does that make sense ?
Color - wise when you apply the ivy the stones the mortar and the ivy - won't fight each other for focus.
The Union uniforms will be the first eye catchers.
