Right now it is towards the end of October 1st and the official conclusion of the flamethrower group build, "Burn Baby Burn". I had a lot of fun watching the various flame tanks and figures being built. Anyone who submits an entry within a reasonable amount of time after today will still be awarded the coveted BBB ribbon.
Congrats to all participants. BTW does anyone remember who had the proposed campaign ribbon?
Here is my Matchbox M3 Stuart tank with the Vac-U-Cast conversion updating the tank to the M3A1 Satan.

I'm all done with my TOS-1 Flamethrower launcher, but it needs to be flatcoated and photographed. Tomorrow. :-)

It is in the BBB campaign gallery.
Was a fun kit to build and it was my first PE experience.
Thanks for leading it.

Well folks
I hate to say this but I've failed. I cannot get the flame turret on my sherman croc to look right. 3 times I've built one from plasticard and 3 times it's looked awful. I'll get it done one day.

Ok, now that Armorama is back up and I had enough time, here are my official pics. Now, to be honest, the build was not finished until the 2nd of October, but since Sabot is running a soft finish line...

Now that is funny. Jacques, I find the fun in the participation and not the deadlines.

I hear you Rob, and I agree, the participation is the best part.
But if it were not for the deadlines imposed by the campaigns, I would NEVER finish anything. I guess i use the dealines as a goal. I tend to keep working on kits, fiddling with them, trying new techniques right up to the deadlines or just beyond. Dealines just seem to be enough of a "kick in the pants" to get me to stop messing around and get the model done.
Yes, I lack discipline. Don't tell my old DI's.

Sorry to say that I was unable to complete my build. I got caught up in a couple of other builds and just lost track of time. Congrats to everyone who did finish. Everything I've seen so far looks great.

Sadly I missed this one. Too much time in hot and sandy places. Hopefully I'll get SIKForYa and Dreads finsihed though before I go again.

Technicaly, yes, but latecomers can still submit entries. Also, I need the .gif file of the ribbon that someone made for the build.
