Very well compiled and crafted. I especially love all the spare-box dumping additions, particularly the boombox, USPS and other assorted boxes, waterbottles, as well as the litters. Everything is well crafted. Great job and welcome to the Big-A and back to modelling.

Nice one Jerry. Not much into modern armor myself, but this little scene is excellent. Great attention to detail. The golf clubs and buggy are really well done and add a very original twist to the scene. Love the base display as well .... adds a nice professional touch. Hopefully we see more now that your "back"! Welcome to Armorama .. what a start

Wow. This is one fantastic piece of work. I love the CID: perfect. Normally, these suggestions would sound just silly, but with your attention to detail, it should be no problem. With the stethoscope, you need a BP cuff. Rubber gloves, come on, you know they have a box or two on that rig. What do you think about an AMBU bag? Could you make one of those?
These few suggestions seem petty, but they are obviously well within your skill range. Thanks for sharing this beauty with us.

Wow...Awesome...I could go on, but...just Wow!
I love the little details, that is so important to make a dio come to life and this one really comes to life.
Incredible!

Very, very nice. I love the story line, and I have seen pics of guys hitting golf balls. Only one minor nitpick from me; the CIP should have two digits, not one. And there would be a "/" in front of the number.
For example:
/42
I think the 4 stood for 3-15 Infantry. The 2 in my example above would stand for the company.
The chevron was not used, I believe, by medical and other support units.
I can't tell if there are any bumper codes, but in addition the them, the lower front hull would have similar shipping codes that were seen on M1s and Bradleys.
The above really in no way takes away from the dio. I love it.

A 15 year break? Talk about come-back! This is I think a brilliant diorama, a real eyecatcher. An original idea very well executed. Makes me wanna do my own ‘golf’ dio .

Ola Jerry
Well this is some serious work mate. There is absolutely no way of telling that you just started again after a 15 year break. It is looking 15 year brilliant. Indeed there could be some mroe dust here and there but the scene and the originality of it is brilliant. Kinda like looking at MASH 4077th being Revamped.... Looking at the new Hawkeye and Trapper
Great Job

Hi Jerry
What a breath of fresh air and a break from the norm, you really did think outside of the box in every sense so much to look at and to take on board you can look at it time and time again and see something new.
The sign of an excelent dio looking forward to seeing more of your work dont leave it so long next time.
Great work lovely scratch building
Cheers Chris

Very awesome diorama. Every edge has more detail than the next. I too love the whole concept of this one. Soldiers finally getting a chance to relax if just for a bit..The golf clubs are a true winner.. Any plans to market those??
Anyway..I guess they do have palm trees in Iraq...

Fantastic diorama , I particularly like the golf clubs & the banana boxes . What makes this diorama work is the fantastic , yet subtle variances in colours . Great work !

I'd like to thank everyone for the comments and kind words! I agree with the critiques and will be adding some more dust to the equipment and overall scene very soon.
No more long breaks for me... started my next project already. Panther Ausf. G, early. What do you think, Ardennes Forest or maybe late war Germany (sporting night vision?) Hmmmmmmm. :-)
