Good Lord, its more exasperating laying this thing out than building the dam stuff !!
Did a little more structure work, will have a lift bridge on the end of the Verlinden bridge kit to span it to the dock area.
The end of the bridge across from the dock area will have a stone support pier instead of the bridge kit walls.
I will still have enough room to add vechs. in front of the house and by the large bridge.
This is really a pain in the crack, I'm doing more furniture moving than building. l.o.l.

I like it. It has a very vertical feel to it. You know I don't know if you need the lift bridge? That may be a personal option.
This is very visually interesting and from a viewers perspective I find my eyes literally circling the diorama, which is good.

Hi Mate
I agree with Scott with regard how your eyes move around the Dio which for me is the essence of what dios are all about when this is done i would put this in the same leauge as the dio that i used to see at Euro Militare in the UK i always ended up going back and back to certain dios seeing some thing new every time,as Scott said great vertical lines levels, detail and this is at this early stage...and i know you will build the swing bridge ...lol its no doubt being worked on as we speak lol ..from my travels around Germany i was always amazed by how stuff that they could get into a small area lol .
Speak soon Chris

Being a large diorama as this one is, you would expect the eyes to circle around it as there is so much to see in such a small space. Trying to imagine the final product is a little hard for me at this stage as the presence of water and its position hasnt yet been establish according to these photos.

Cheyenne, I have to admit that I agree I love this one!!! the different heights really brings it home and it looks to be in a more compact setting as well. I know how difficult it is to try to arrange a scene and I see why you would have so much trouble with this one. but please leave it this way its a winner. Cheers Kevin
