MiniatureZone is a great source of information about converting and improving figures and older kits.
Unfortunately, John-Michael Murray has other commitments that will prevent him updating his site regularly. However, he will keep all the existing and archived articles so we'll continue to have an on-line resource for subjects that are not often covered elsewhere.
I'd rate MiniatureZone on a par with Pat Storto's 1/76 and 1/72 Scale AFV Museum in terms small scale modelling Internet pioneers.
