Matt, you could have combined this and the T34 post into one. As to Tiger I's , Again I would go with one of the DML releases - they are simply super.

If you are lookin for a good Tiger kit, I would suggest getting one by Dragon, the new Late.

Agreed.....a little pricey, but very well worth the money, IMO. You get what you pay for.

Matt:
Go DML all the way. Once you go DML you wont go back. Lots of Details and options.

Italeri have 4 related kits: early Tiger, late Tiger, Porsche Tiger prototype and "bergetiger" (actually a charge layer).

I would have thought the Tamiya one is one of the better ones to get but it is a tat pricey.

DML is cheaper, and a thousand times better-at least in my humble opinion.

There are actually very many options and versions to choose from in the market.
-If you want a cheap one go Academy, they have early and mid-production versions either with or without interior.
-If you want pricey one go Tamiya, they also have various verions.
-If you want more detail, then go Dragon as others have mentioned.
Hope this helps
