Well it''s been 10 months in the building, writing, editing and it''s now finally a done deal.
This feature is a soup to nuts - start to finish feature. It covers everything from planning, building, detailing, figures, AFV, painting, water, resin, and more.
Be patient when loading it and note that I broke up the feature into smaller sections for ease of reading and to get information out.
Here it is

Wow Scott!!! It came out great. All the times I had looked at this and your building I never knew it was scratch cork building. You have done a fantasic job on the building and everything else on this project. I am really amazed by your widow techniques and will have a lot of questions for you. Great dio, great dio and great article!!! Kevin

Congradulations Scott on a well written article, lots of great information for future reference. Your dio turned out great, many strong points and a inspiration for my next big project, an urban setting dio.
Thanks for sharing

You have no idea how long i searched for a comprehensive article like that to help me learn more about building dioramas.
Even though im still reading through it, i just want to say a big thanks to you Scott. I was that close to going out to buy books on it as i really couldnt find tutorials comprehensive enough to help me learn more about it.

Let me say that you have written a great article Scott: detailed and clear. This should serve as a wonderful guide for those people looking to get their feet wet in diorama building.
