I usually start my models by building the hull first, but i thought id start on the turret.
It went together Pretty easy just like the first DML Tiger.i dont see the point in making the main gun recoil as it on makes the barrel turn dam silly if you ask me having to re-line it all the time.
i wanted to add the etch locks and hinge for the rear stowage bin but the parts are way too small and i dont own a pair of micro specs :-)

Now i can start on building up the hull.
cheers karl

Heh, I'm not a fan of "CH exclusives". Just wanna proof a point that with the right skill Tamiya DAK T1 can be eqaully stunning... anyway, it's a personal problem.

But... ya got me itchin' real bad! :-)

karl

Looks good so far. I am jealous - mine turned up a couple fo days before work sent me 600km away for 2 weeks. So I have to wait another week before I can get back to it. Mind you the 1/16 T 34 should really be finished before I start the Tiger :-)

At least I haven't wasted my time away - I have finished the Emhar 1/35 Tadpole, the Tamiya 1/16 elite infantryman and when they kick me out of this internet cafe I will get on with the AFV Club Pak 43 Scheunter.

Well finshed to priming stage.
