I'm about to put the decals on my ambulance so I thought I'd ask you gys for your input, since I feel there is room for improvement here.
I hope the pix are detailed enough...
I guess it is time to buy a new camera...
Is it worth investing in those decal special product? Do I really need to buy both solutions, once for before application, one for after? I guess I should create a new post for that....
Anyways what d'ya think about the panzer?

Is it me or do you also see only one picture, which is not my beloved panzer?
I guess there is a bug with the pics, since I just checked the links ans they're fine...
If you're really nice and motivated you could check my gallery... although the build is not worth it

Here is mine. I recently finished it. You can find more pix in may gallery.
The kit was fun to build. But I didn't like the decals. I would reccommend you to use that decal applying solutions on this kit. The decals were thick and maybe you can solve this problem using these solutions a bit.
Don't forget to apply the decals on a shiny surface (after giving a gloss coat you'll have this shiny surface) and then fix them with a matt coat.

What was your choice of basecoat grey for the Pz I? It looks lighter than the soldier's tunic. I always understood Dunkelgrau to be almost black... Can you elaborate?

Hey Roy,
I chose Humbrol 27, which is some blue gray...
But the picture is not so good. I'll sort out a few things together and create a proper post with nice pictures.
I guess I should also give the panzer a good wash and some more rust...
