Try the DML kits....
Jagdtiger #6285
Not too sure on the Tigers. I'm currently TDY and don't have access to those. They are the best bang for the buck. Hope this helps.

Yes Italeri made a Tiger I but it's quite far behind as the Tiger has been remade several times since. I think it'd be hard even to find one.
Here's the crop
DML Tiger I DAK (2005)
DML Tiger I Late (2005)
AFV Club Tiger I Late (2005)
DML Tiger I Initial (2005)
Tamiya Tiger Mid, Otto Carius (1998?)
Tamiya Tiger DAK (1999?)
Tamiya Tiger Early (1998?)
Tamiya Tiger late (1989)
Academy Tiger late (1990?)
Academy Tiger mid, with and without interior (1990?)
Italeri Tiger early (1990?)
Nichimo Tiger late (motorized and non motorized) (1985?)
very old Tamiya Tiger I (Motorized and non motorized) (1972)
And this doesn't include repops by Tamiya with new items like metal barrels and tracks, or pre-built ones.

Howdy Matt. Italeri has not cranked out a 1/35 Jagd Tiger yet. In the Tiger I based vehicles besides the Mid they produce(?) a Sturm Tiger(No 299), Berge Tiger (No 362) and a Tiger I Late (No 293) with steel roadwheels. I have picked up all three kits for less than $20 US a piece at hobby shops in the past year and a half. They all have zimmerit applied and it looks quite convincing when weathered. The tracks are link and length and require some patience as you have to apply some small pieces to the blocks that go around the sprocket and idler. I replaced my Sturm Tigers with some Tamiya individual links. As Randy says they are the most bang for the buck. Out here.
