Hi Jason correct me if i'm wrong but the pics are a little dark and i can't really see the winter(white) colour outfit!!!It looks good though!!!

I like the overall looks of the figure but I dont like the sand.
Now it looks like if the guy has pebbles hanging on his uniforrm.
Try to take finers sand
Good stuf is MIG pigment or pastelchalk. Pastelchalk wil cost you 2 doller at the hobbstore.
Even cheaper is (but again less fine) is birdsand. Sift it a couple of time untill you are left over with alone the fine sand, mix it with white glue and water.... apply to figue.

Generally I like it, nice from the waist down, good helmet.
Couple of points I'd like ot offer, on his left shoulder there is still a seam line. I'd scape that off and hand paint the scape mark.
In th second picture the line between the face and the hood needs a bit of a wash to blend the transition.
